Rhys is a Team Leader at Citizens Advice Rhondda Cynon Taff. He is directly responsible for the day-to-day service delivery of our Help Through Hardship Project which delivers generalist advice to clients in hardship via a national telephony-based service.

Rhys started his career with Citizens Advice in 2022 as a generalist adviser on the Help Through Hardship project. He then progressed to become an Advice Coach, supporting adviser training and quality assurance across the organisation. 

Rhys takes pride in working for Citizens Advice as it allows him to give back to the community – offering the essential support and guidance needed to make a real difference in the lives of some of our most vulnerable people.
